Work Out Routine
Currently, I am working out 6 days a week for 6 months to achieve a, desired 8 pack, my work out consists of mainly calisthenics everyday, waking up doing 100 sit ups and 120 solider press ups (which will progress each week) in the morning, then going to the gym 6 times a week for a minimum of an hour doing weights, and at least 3 days a week running for cardio. I always consume something high in oxygen before I work out and after, this being Irish moss and bladderwrack smoothies, or a herbal tea mixed with sarsaparilla, yellow dock, burdock and elderberry. I find personally seeded grapes fantastic as a instant boost when I’m feeling tired. I don’t take any supplements, such as whey protein, only alkaline vegan products, I will be posting more work out information this week as well as videos.
