Work Out Routine

Currently, I am working out 6 days a week for 6 months to achieve a, desired 8 pack, my work out consists of mainly calisthenics everyday, waking up doing 100 sit ups and 120 solider press ups (which will progress each week) in the morning, then going to the gym 6 times a week for a minimum of an hour doing weights, and at least 3 days a week running for cardio. I always consume something high in oxygen before I work out and after, this being Irish moss and bladderwrack smoothies, or a herbal tea mixed with sarsaparilla, yellow dock, burdock and elderberry. I find personally seeded grapes fantastic as a instant boost when I’m feeling tired. I don’t take any supplements, such as whey protein, only alkaline vegan products, I will be posting more work out information this week as well as videos.

Embrace the unpalatable truth

There is so many in my opinion false sense of hopes out there who blog, Instagram or YouTube on many matters, from health to society, to life coaching tips which seems to give advice that aren’t practical or unrealistic. Here at Bloom Buddie we do the upmost to try provide the unpalatable truth and be honest even if at times where it may come across as being hypocritical but I feel that the truth is so desperately need when the lie has become so popular and the truth is shrouded, in a ever elusive cloud of mystery making it quiet esoteric , for example despite being a alkaline vegan, I am consciously aware the the diet is EXTREMELY restrictive, and despite promoting the diet I have to be compassionate to those who eat a diet different to mine, and reason and sympathise with them and take into account that, diet is also deeply mental, some food can be nostalgic. There are many who say that being vegan is very easy, and those type of vegans who gain a status from saying “I only eat one meal a day as my meal is packed with nutrients” and naturally when a person feels as if they have the truth, they will look down upon another people who don’t (the truth being they have found the elixir of life which is a vegan or vegetarian diet) not knowing that because they have built there status so high (especially male vegans) that now the temptation of eating the odd “cheat meal” has lead them to delude themselves, as they have raised the bar of being a some what “superior vegan” that they no longer embrace the truth and now it is difficult to turn back now because pride and ego has sank in, and now even if they wanted the “cheat meal” they can not because of the fear of their peers to point out there inconsistency, by a statement such as “you cant eat that particular food as its not on your alkaline list”. So honesty is definitely apart of the diet and to speak about your temptations, and what you did to overcome your temptations as, I myself have been in situations just stated but its my honesty and sincerity that made me disclose my situation of temptation to eat the odd cake, (or two… possibly three) and fall of my diet briefly, but much like the proverbial phrase “what do you do when you fall of the horse… you get back on”(using CASCARA SAGRADA to detox). The same applies to diet and cheat meals, but the truth plays a valuable factor, the unpalatable truth not the fake, easy to digest truth that so many crave not realising it only has a quick immediate gratification where as the unpalatable truth which has a deferred long time gratification, its like a metaphor for religion if you sin (sin being diet) you ask for forgiveness from God (forgive yourself for eating bad). The irony is that those who seem themselves as “superior vegan” will state they are an expert in natural health on there blog, YouTube account etc and have images stating the benefits of eating carrots for example not knowing the carrot is not natural and only contains starch and sugar, so there is already conflicting ideas, the the truth is that health is a constant learning curve, with many variables such as are you getting enough sun, do you exercise as well, are you going to the bathroom enough, are you pooping right?, are you eating organically it’s a holistic approach and goes very deep. .

You've Got To Get Mad!

One thing that is important is to use your anger correctly, as one of the truths is that you are in a way alone too many seek council or leadership not knowing you are sovereign and you alone dictate your life, there is countless people who talk and talk and talk about what should be done how it should be done with no follow through which causes anger and frustration leading to a undesired result. Again example, we all have that friend we like to be around, and you made an agreement to go to the gym with them or they will help you to do something (I myself am thinking of one right now as I write this). But if they disappoint you, you may feel angered and let down which can lead you to saying, “ah I’m not going gym now”, or the most infamous “F**k them I don’t need any body” but again the truth is you wanted them around but they let you down and if you allow it, only you will be the one losing out if you let it happen. However, there is a silver lining if you just used that anger, and played a song that was consistent with that anger and went even more intense in the gym that negative has become a blessing. As that disappointment has become a fuel for you to use, “You can send your self positive affirmations to say I’m never going to let anyone kill my vibe or steal my happiness as some of are “greatest blessing are disguised are worse nightmares”. There are too many talks of what we should do and how we should do them even now writing this, the aim is for you to draw upon similar situations that work for you don’t just imitate mine, those are personal situations that worked for me, find what works for you as the purpose of Bloom Buddie is not to create parrots but thinkers and educate, in the correct way, education deriving from the Latin word educo- meaning to lead up, draw out, so to bring out the best in you. (I WANT YOU TO GET MAD AND BRING OU THE BEST IN YOU) As one thing is for sure the time for common sense has arisen and the truth is you are the change you want to be, if you no longer contacted that friends if they continued to disappoint, and you continue to grow and use that fuel again, you will slowly see progression in the gym, that was never there before if you had not been disappointed and your friend may see, that your making progress whilst they lack any and slowly but surely that friend will be coming to you for advice on the gym and calling you to come to the gym but don’t be the unwise and petty person and say no, to get your own back, but accept as the purpose was positive selfish act for you to gain and be better and your beauty in the pain was for you to benefit from. Be you as there will never anyone like you in history

Everybody poops

The process of eliminating waste through going to the bathroom, is in important part of good health, and regular bowl movement is key, so if you’re not having regular bowl at least twice a day, then a change of diet is truly recommend as faecal matter can begin to harden in the body and begin to be even more difficult to eliminate. I recommend a herb to aid in constipation and promote good bowl movement and remove waste from the colon, which is called CASCARA SAGRADA which comes in a powder form to mix in hot water, which should begin to take effect in 4-6 hours. More over if you have a bathroom toilet like most western toilet then a simple stool to lift the legs higher to promote a more natural way, to pass faecal matter is advice as sitting at the wrong angel, can make faecal matter difficult to pass and can lead to piles, constipation and irritable bowl syndrome.
